Through my work as an instructor, tutor, and curriculum designer, I have cultivated expertise in creating learning experiences that are targeted, experiential, and compelling. I believe the most impactful learning happens when learners are actively engaged and can apply knowledge in real-world contexts, and I strive to design experiences that inspire understanding and lasting growth.

Communication is the cornerstone of a successful collaborative partnership, essential throughout the process of designing effective learning experiences. Feedback from stakeholders at every stage- from initial concept to storyboarding, to development, and post-distribution evaluation- is crucial. Additionally, incorporating communication with learners through storytelling, interactive elements, and opportunities for reflection helps convey learning objectives in a natural and engaging way.
